This is Wegmeyer Farms' pick-your-own field at Oatlands, the historic mansion property south of Leesburg. Wegmeyer grows strawberries here in spring and pumpkins in fall, part of a Loudoun County operation that also farms sites in Hamilton and at Gilberts Corner. U-pick strawberries run by timed reservation; pumpkin picking opens in late September. Expect the same donuts, strawberry lemonade, and CSA shares as the main Hamilton farm.
