Wilsey Ranch has raised cattle in the Owyhee Mountains outside Marsing for more than 50 years, now in its fourth generation under Debby Wilsey and her daughters Lisa, Rachel, and Hayden. The herd is 100% grass-fed American Wagyu, never given hormones, antibiotics, grain, or soy. In 2023 the family added a tallow skin balm line made with their own beef tallow and Owyhee wild herbs. Wilsey Ranch helped found the Boise Farmers Market.
