Woodside Orchards' Aquebogue tasting room, opened in 2002, is where the family makes and pours its hard ciders, a line it launched in 2012. The bakery turns out apple cider doughnuts, pies, cookies, and apple bread. Woodside has grown apples on Long Island's North Fork since 1982 and still runs pick-your-own at its original Jamesport orchard.
