Join us each Saturday, May to Thanksgiving (9am-1pm), rain or shine, and on the 1st/3rd Saturdays Dec-Apr (10am-1pm) as we transform a train station commuter lot into a vibrant welcoming community space and host to nearly fifty NJ farms, artisan food producers, food waste and knife sharpening services and culinary-related artists each market (with a touch of PA for good measure). We double SNAP/EBT up to $25 towards fruits & vegetables. American Farmland Trust Celebration: Proudly voted #1 in NJ multiple years + #4 in the nation in 2022.

The mission of the nonprofit Hunterdon Land Trust is to preserve the integrity of the rural landscapes in the Hunterdon County region by protecting and enhancing natural resources, and the cultural landscape of the historic Dvoor Farm, for public enjoyment and education. From May to late November, we operate a Farmers' Market every Sunday, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at the historic Dvoor Farm in Flemington.

Cook’s Market is is located at the entrance to Rutgers Gardens and operates rain or shine on Fridays (May thru December) from 11am-3pm. Cook’s Market vendors specialize in fresh, locally grown and made products such as fruits and vegetables from several New Jersey farms including the Rutgers Gardens Student Farm, breads, pastries, cookies, and both vegan and gluten free desserts, honeys and maple syrups, granola, mushrooms, grassfed meats and brown eggs, pickles and marinated vegetables, and both hot and cold prepared foods.
