About This Farm

All Hale Meats has operated in Wolfforth, Texas since 1949 — four generations of butchers, and today the only certified organic meat processor in Texas, raising Wagyu, Angus, and cross beef processed humanely in its own slaughterhouse. The shop offers custom processing (including bison and elk under exotic licenses), dry aging, smoking, halves and quarters, and a 10% discount for teachers, first responders, and veterans.
