A from-scratch bakery at 308 Main Street in Beacon, hand-shaping loaves and pretzels from locally milled non-GMO flours for a hearty, chewy crumb. The lineup runs to multigrain, challah, rye, cranberry-raisin-pecan, jalapeño cheddar, and sourdoughs, plus bagels, bialys, muffins, turnovers, and chicken pot pies. The shop is open Wednesday through Saturday and sells at the Beacon Farmers' Market on Sundays.
