About This Farm
A nonprofit farm serving Beacon and the Mid-Hudson Valley, growing about three acres of vegetables, herbs, and flowers with organic practices on land leased from the Stony Kill Environmental Education Center in Wappingers Falls. It runs a summer U-Pick CSA, supplies the Beacon Farmers' Market, and distributes food to nine area pantries and meal programs. Its Common Greens partnership with the Green Teen program brings reduced-price produce to seniors and low-income families.
