Aubrey Oaks Alpacas is an alpaca ranch in north-central Texas, between Gainesville and Whitesboro, despite the Oklahoma listing. Dick and Debbie Ashley started the herd in 2009 and named the place for the native post and blackjack oaks across the pasture. They sell breeding and fiber alpacas, offer ranch visits and buyer mentoring, and spin their clip into Texas alpaca yarn and finished textiles. The owners stay active in the Alpacas of Oklahoma association.
