Barn Again Beef is a family farm in Princeville, 15 miles north of Peoria, where founder Brian Wieland began raising Black Angus freezer beef in 2007 — naming the business for the childhood barn he restored with its first earnings. The farm sells whole, half, and quarter beef plus a growing lineup of grass-fed beef, bison, pork, chicken, and seafood from like-minded Illinois and Missouri partner farms.
