About This Farm
Bear Butte Gardens is a USDA-certified organic farm on 80 acres about five miles northeast of Sturgis, run by Michelle and Rick Grosek. Its year-round farm stand sells the farm's own certified-organic vegetables, honey, and grass-fed lamb and goat, plus goods from more than 60 other regional producers made in an on-site commercial kitchen. The farm also runs apprenticeships and rents a cottage on the property.
