Black Hills Bulk Foods delivers fresh produce, meat, and natural and organic groceries to rural Black Hills towns, sourcing locally where it can. David and Merissa Alink started it in 2021, running order windows Monday through Wednesday once or twice a month with delivery the following week to Rapid City, Spearfish, Hot Springs, Custer, and Piedmont. They also host a pop-up market at their Hot Springs facility for anyone who'd rather pick up meat and produce in person.
