Founded in 2016 by a group of Skagit farmers, bakers, and local business leaders, the mill tests every wheat varietal for flavor and buys direct from growers focused on soil health. Its identity-preserved flours reach bakeries and restaurants across the country plus grocery shelves around the Northwest. Saturday local pickup runs 10 to 1.
