Fairhaven Mill has milled certified organic flour since 1974, now from a farmer-owned facility in Burlington near I-5. They never bleach or enrich, working only with certified organic grain bought direct from Washington growers in Lynden, Stanwood, and Walla Walla. The lineup runs from whole-grain wheat flours to specialty and gluten-free options, and the mill holds both organic and kosher certification. A local group of farmers bought the operation in 2019 to keep it grower-owned.
