Fork Food Lab rents commercial kitchen space and processing equipment to food entrepreneurs who aren't ready to build their own facility. The South Portland space runs over 30,000 square feet and currently supports more than 80 member businesses, from bakers to sauce makers, at different membership tiers. It's Maine's only nonprofit food business incubator of its kind, built to get small food businesses past the commercial-kitchen bottleneck.
