The Fresh Air Fund runs this site as part of its Sharpe Reservation, more than 2,000 acres of woods, lakes and trails in Fishkill in the Hudson Valley. The nonprofit uses the land for outdoor and environmental education, including a working farm and maple sugaring that show visiting children where food comes from. The Fresh Air Fund has served New York City kids since the 1870s.
