About This Farm
Fruit of the Fungi is a veteran-owned family farm growing organic gourmet mushrooms in Lebanon, in Central New York's Madison County, since 2008. The lineup runs from shiitake, maitake, and lion's mane to chestnut, reishi, and several oyster types. Everything is grown, dried, and packaged on site, then sold fresh or dried, along with powders, teas, and grow-your-own kits, at markets, restaurants, and through CSA.
