Founded in 2005, the distillery mixes deep ocean mineral water into its spirits and runs the process on solar power, making it the top-selling spirit made in Hawaii. Visitors can walk the farm, browse the store, and book a guided tasting through five spirits for $15, with an aged rum available as an add-on.
