Heidi's Raspberry Farm grows certified-organic raspberries on 13 acres in Corrales, on the banks of the Rio Grande. Since 2000, Heidi has turned the fruit into jams cut with red chile, fresh ginger, or culinary lavender, sold at the Santa Fe and Albuquerque Railyard grower's markets. U-pick runs from early July until the first freeze. The New Mexico Department of Agriculture named her Organic Farmer of the Year.
