Holy Cow Beef is a family grass-fed beef operation based in Lubbock, in West Texas near the New Mexico border, running for more than 20 years. Cattle rotate across native grasses and winter annuals and finish on grass, with no added hormones, antibiotics, or pesticides. The ranch is certified by the American Grassfed Association and Animal Welfare Approved. Beef sells through home delivery across Texas, at Whole Foods, and shipped nationwide.
