Hooser Custom Meats, located at 2408 Hamrock Road, Italy, Texas 76651 provides just that opportunity. Opened by James and Lisa Hooser, owners of J&L Farms, Hooser Custom Meats was formed as a way to provide the same product to the public that their family enjoys.
