The ranch spreads across roughly 27,000 acres of high desert and runs more than 700 head of fullblood Japanese Black Wagyu. Cattle here are DNA-certified and raised without added hormones. The beef sells as Lone Mountain Wagyu and ships nationwide rather than from a roadside stand.
