Waterloo's Saturday market has run in the Monroe County Annex parking lot on Illinois Avenue for close to forty years, a fixture long before farm-to-table was a marketing term. It's vendor-operated, growers set their own hours within the 7:30 a.m. to noon window, April 25 through late October, and stocks produce, plants, meat, honey, eggs, flowers, and baked goods. Park along Illinois Avenue or in the grassy lot behind the building if the front fills up.
