Null Ridge Premium Beef

About This Farm

Null Ridge Premium Beef comes off a fifth-generation family ranch in eastern New Mexico, run by rancher Kristen Null. Calves nurse on grass for their first seven to eight months and never get antibiotics, growth implants, or feed additives. The beef — dry-aged American Wagyu, grain-finished Angus, and grass-fed cuts — hangs at least 21 days before butchery. She sells direct to consumers and to Amarillo restaurants across the state line.
