Get DirectionsAbout This Farm
Oak Forest's farmers market runs every other Wednesday, 4 to 8 p.m., in the Metra station parking lot near 157th Street and Cicero Avenue, a shift from its earlier Saturday morning schedule. Beyond produce, baked goods, and flowers, the city layers in health screenings, cooking demonstrations, and kids' activities like face painting on market days. It functions as much as a community event as a place to buy vegetables.
