About This Farm
One Straw Farm is a certified-organic vegetable farm in Dixon, run by Ric Gaudet and Tania Marines. Gaudet started it in El Guique in 1996 after reading The One-Straw Revolution, and CCOF now certifies the ground. The farm specializes in lettuces, chicories, tomatoes, sweet peppers, and garlic, and also sells herbs, flowers, nursery starts, and wreaths. It's a regular at the Santa Fe Farmers' Market, where it earned a Farmer All-Star award in 2017.
