Phoenix Tears Nursery has grown goji berries, Lycium barbarum, in Logan since 2006, selling DNA-identified, USDA-inspected bare-root starts and dried leaves to retail and wholesale buyers. It's a narrow specialty: one crop, done seriously, rather than a general nursery stocking whatever's in season. Growers looking to plant goji rather than just eat it are the ones who tend to find their way here.
