Pig & Leaf raises pastured heritage-breed pork in the Summertown woodlands, feeding the pigs farm produce plus GMO- and antibiotic-free feed, and also grows salad vegetables and cut flowers. It's Certified Naturally Grown, using water catchment, solar power, and low-till methods on land at 448 Walker Road.
