Ranch Foods Direct is Mike Callicrate's retail butcher shop and meat-processing outlet in Colorado Springs, built in 2000 to sell his own naturally raised beef and pork straight to customers. Its two storefronts also carry produce, breads, and goods from other small Colorado farmers and food makers, open Monday through Saturday.
