Red Hook Farms - Columbia Street Farm

About This Farm

Red Hook Farms is a youth-centered urban agriculture and food justice program operating one of Brooklyn's largest farms, including the Columbia Street site. Paid Youth Farmer apprenticeships put Red Hook teens in charge of planting, harvesting, composting, and marketing, bringing affordable fresh produce to a neighborhood food desert, with 24/7 compost drop-off bins and volunteer days.

What They Offer

Our directory is built from many public sources across the internet and from farmers themselves. We work hard to keep listings accurate, but not every farm has confirmed its information with us. Farms marked Verified manage their own listing and have confirmed their details. Own a farm? Verify your listing →
