About This Farm

Rick and Becky Escobar have raised cattle for more than thirty years on River Valley Ranch's 630 acres of prime river valley land in Riesel, Texas, offering all-natural Angus/Charolais grassfed beef since 2007 — bred, born, and finished on the ranch with no grain, hormones, or antibiotics. The annual spring harvest sells by the calf, side, and quarter with fully custom cut sheets, dry-aged and processed in Westphalia, plus select cuts by the pound year-round.
