About This Farm
Spoon Full Farm works 231 regenerative acres along the Yakima River near Thorp, ten minutes from Ellensburg. The family converted a conventional hay operation into a diversified food farm, raising pasture beef and lamb and producing honey and fermented hot sauce. A CSA and farmers-market sales move most of what they grow. A mile and a half of river frontage anchors the land, and they run guided farm tours in summer and fall. Soil-building drives their approach.
