Wayward Winds Lavender runs one of Oregon's largest u-pick lavender fields on Courtney Road outside Newberg, cutting bouquets straight from the rows. The farm store carries small-batch goods made from the harvest — lavender syrups, balsamics and more — and the fields double as a spot for photos, classes and farm tours. Peak bloom opens the gates daily from early July through mid-August, 10 to 5, with other visits by appointment.
