Meat is dry-aged, hand-cut, and wrapped in the on-farm butcher shop under a head-to-tail philosophy, sold at the farm store three days a week and online.

The catch comes home to Utah each season, smoked locally at Thompson's Smokehouse in Erda, with pickup and delivery by appointment in Cottonwood Heights (no out-of-state shipping).
