Richmond

Richmond Harvest Market is one of the few Utah farmers markets held on an actual working farm — Rock Hill Creamery, where Pete Schropp and Jennifer Hines milk brown Swiss cows and age raw-milk wheels of Farmhouse Gouda, Dark Canyon Edam, and Wasatch Mountain Gruyère in an underground cave.
