Birkeland Farm began in 2014 as a collaboration between sisters Lynne and Lisa on a 70-acre cattle ranch in Beavercreek, Oregon, named for their Norwegian grandmother Josephine Louise Birkeland Moen. The farm provides naturally raised, grass-fed pastured beef, shares, subscriptions, bones, broth, and eggs — with free local delivery over $200, Sundays at the Milwaukie Farmers Market, and year-round stock at Bread & Roses Market in Portland.
