About This Farm
Palouse Pastured Poultry has raised non-GMO, corn- and soy-free pastured chicken and turkey since 2005 on a sixth-generation grain farm about 30 miles south of Spokane. Allen and Emmy Widman graze their birds on grass and clover, supplementing with peas and organic grain they mostly grow and mill themselves. A WSDA-licensed plant on the farm means the birds are processed on-site rather than trucked away. They also sell free-range chicken and duck eggs.
