Peach Crest Farm started as a 100-acre peach orchard run by Susan Bergen, who later added 230 acres of vegetable ground and a line of jams, salsas, and barbecue sauces. Peaches usually run early June through mid-August, alongside beets, summer squash, and tomatoes. The farm sits on US-177 in Stratford, Oklahoma's self-styled peach capital, which holds a Peach Festival every July.
