About the Market Amarillo Community Market completed its eighth season in the summer of 2023. We are taking a pause for the summer of 2024. Center City will not be having a weekly Saturday morning market this season. Amarillo Community Market will continue to have pop-up markets and special events. A Bit About Us The Nester family began growing pumpkins in 2011. While it was only a small operation, the owners Paige and George decided to get some beehives to help pollinate their plants.
