Svec Farm raises grass-fed, grass-finished Belted Galloway beef on tallgrass prairie near Estelline in eastern South Dakota, a fifth-generation family operation. The heritage cattle finish well on grass and get no antibiotics, added hormones, or GMO feed, and winter hay comes off the farm's own ground. Orders go through the Dakota Fresh food hub for pickup at the farm or in Brookings, Watertown, and Sioux Falls.
