The retail store of a 134-acre, fifth-generation family farm at 343 Hop City Road in Ballston Spa, Saratoga County. The farm raises beef, veal, pork, and dairy cows using regenerative, chemical-free methods, and the store sells its raw milk, flavored Greek yogurts, cheeses, and cheese curds.
