They enjoy focusing on salad crops including lettuces, root veggies, and herbs; seasonal favorites like sugar snap peas and green beans, and squash; pantry staples like carrots, potatoes, onions, and garlic; peppers, tomatoes, and cucumbers are grown in their hoop house.
