Garlic Fete

Garlic Fete has grown gourmet garlic in the Teton Valley at Alta, Wyoming since 2015 — varieties selected after tasting trips to Tuscany, Paris, Chengdu, Seoul, San Francisco, and New York, then hardiness-tested in the high desert's chilly winters and clear Teton waters. Only organic fertilizers, never herbicides or plastic mulch, with half-pound to gift boxes plus small-batch black garlic, powders, sauces, toum, and freeze-dried soups at Jackson and Driggs farmers markets.

Haderlie Farms

Thayne, WY

Haderlie Farms is a diversified family farm at 6,000 feet in Wyoming's Star Valley near Thayne — vegetables, cut flowers, and herbs grown on mineralized, biologically active soil, plus grass-fed and finished beef and pork and raw milk from a Jersey herd. The on-farm store (Thursday-Saturday mornings) adds fresh baked treats and local goods, with weekly delivery to Star Valley, Alpine, Jackson, and Pinedale, and composting services through WyoFarm.

Lander, WY

Second Street Farm is Pat and Bailey's farm in Lander's backyard, raising vegetables, flowers, and beef in Wyoming's Wind River valley since 2019 — food with meaning, grown by people you see at daycare pickup and the brewery. WY fresh

Cheyenne, WY

WY fresh is an urban farm in the center of Cheyenne, growing salad greens, microgreens, and seasonal vegetables without herbicides or pesticides for fifteen years. Its Farmstand, opened in 2021, showcases nearly 20 local farms, ranches, and artisan producers — local, natural, honest, in the name of good old-fashioned Wyoming community.
